Horizontal Shaft Impact Crusher- Size 2421

Horizontal Shaft Impact crusher utilizes a fabricated steel housing fitted with bolt-in AR liners
 A single impact curtain hangs in a hinged section so the AR liners on the curtain are easily serviced
 The impact curtain has a spring loaded relief which has adjustments to change the spring tension which can be accessed through an access port
 The curtain also has adjustments to set the clearance between the impact curtain liners and the rotor blow bars
 An open style heavy duty rotor assembly uses two wear resistant blow bars held in place with a wedge locking system
 The shaft is extended and has keyways so that the drive sheave may be installed on either side of the crusher
 Dodge Imperial spherical roller bearings are utilized for ease of bearing adjustment
 The crusher housing and motor adjustable base are mounted to a small structural steel skid along with V-belt guard
 40 horsepower motor is standard with option for 50 hp
